Alvast bedankt voor uw interesse in ons festival. Hieronder vind je wat nuttige informatie.
De 2 dagen zijn opgedeeld in 2 sessies : van 10:00 tot 21:00 (the “A team”) en van 14:00 tot 21:00 (the “support team”).
Iedere vrijwilliger, die een 14.00-21.00 shift (the “support team”) werkt, krijgt per shift :
- vrije toegang tot de rest van het festival(zaterdag+zondag),
- 10 drankjetons per shift plus maaltijden
- en 1 vrijwilligers t-shirt.
Iedere vrijwilliger, die een 10.00-21.00 shift (the “A team”) werkt, krijgt per shift wat hierboven staat vermeld + ontbijt en 5 extra drankjetons.
Taken omvatten onder meer : verkoop jetons, ticketing, bier serveren op de stands van de brouwerijen, logistieke taken,....
Een festival is niets zonder mensen die zich willen ontfermen over de minder sexy taken. We willen deze buitengewone vrijwilligers bedanken! Daarom verhogen we het aantal drankjetons dat u ontvangt voor de vrijwilligerspost van afwas en het schoonmaken : 25 voor the “A team” en 20 voor the “support team”.
We zijn ook op zoek naar hulp voor de montage (van dinsdag tot en met vrijdag, van 9.00 tot 17.00) en na het festival voor de demontage (op maandag en dinsdag van 9.00 tot 17.00).
U mag aangeven welke taak u graag zou opnemen en ook wanneer u beschikbaar bent. We zullen hiermee in de mate van het mogelijke rekening houden!

Merci d'avance de votre implication dans le festival. Voici des éléments pratiques à connaître.
Les 2 jours de festival sont divisés en 2 sessions de travail : de 10:00 à 21:00 (l’équipe “A team”) et de 14:00 à 21:00 (l’équipe “support”).
Chaque volontaire qui preste un shift de 14.00 à 21.00 (l’équipe “support”) reçoit par shift travaillé :
- l’accès libre au reste du festival (samedi+dimanche)
- 10 jetons boissons par shift et les repas
- et un t-shirt bénévoles.
Chaque volontaire qui preste un shift de 10.00 à 21.00 (l’équipe “A team”) reçoit par shift travaillé tout ce qui est repris ici + le petit-déjeuner et 5 jetons supplémentaires.
Les tâches proposées sont entre autres : accueil des visiteurs, aide aux brasseries, vaisselle, nettoyage...
Un festival n’est rien sans les personnes qui sont d’accord de prendre en charge les tâches moins sexy. Nous tenons à remercier ces extraordinaires volontaires! C’est pourquoi, pour les postes vaisselle et nettoyage, nous augmentons la quantité de jetons que vous recevrez: 25 pour l’équipe “A team” et 20 pour l’équipe “support”.
Nous recherchons aussi des personnes disponibles avant le festival pour le montage (du mardi au vendredi de 09:00 à 17:00) et après le festival pour le démontage (le lundi et le mardi de 9:00 à 17:00)

Thank you for helping us with the festival. You'll find some practical information here below.
The 2 days are divided into 2 sessions : from 10 am to 9 pm (the “A team”) and from 2 pm to 9 pm (the “support team”).
Each volunteer who works a 2 pm - 9 pm shift (the “support team”) receives per shift worked :
- free entrance to the festival (Saturday+Sunday),
- 10 drink tokens per shift and meals
- a volunteers t-shirt.
Each volunteer who works a 10 am - 9 pm shift (the “A team”) receives per shift worked everything from the list here above + breakfast and 5 extra tokens.
Here are some examples of the tasks we need help with : sale tokens, ticketing, serving beer on the brewer stands, logistical tasks,....
A festival is nothing without people who agree to take on less sexy tasks. We would like to thank these extraordinary volunteers! That's why, for the dishwashing and cleaning teams, we increase the amount of tokens you will receive: 25 for the “A Team” and 20 for the “support team”.
We are also looking for people available before the festival for the installation (from Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm) and after the festival for the dismantlement (on Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 5pm).
Please specify the task you'd like to do and your availability. We'll take this into consideration and try to respect this demand.
