Alvast bedankt voor je betrokkenheid bij het festival! Hier zijn wat praktische dingen die je moet weten.
De 2 dagen van het festival worden verdeeld in 2 werksessies:
Zaterdag 30/09 van 10:00 tot 22:30 (het "A-team") en van 15:00 tot 22:30 (het "support" team).
Zondag 01/10 van 11:00 tot 21:30 (A-team) en van 15:00 tot 21:30 (het "support" team).

Elke vrijwilliger die een shift werkt van 15:00 tot 21:30 & van 15:00 tot 22.30 (de "support" team) ontvangt per gewerkte shift :
- Gratis toegang tot het festival (zaterdag en zondag) ;
- Toegang tot het cateringgedeelte met onbeperkt eten en drinken;
- 10 drankjetons per shift en een verrassings GOODIE BAG ;
- een BXLBeerFest 2023 t-shirt.

Elke vrijwilliger die een dienst draait van 10.00 tot 22.30 uur en van 11.00 tot 21.30 uur (het "A-team") krijgt alles wat hierboven staat + ontbijt en 5 extra drankjetons.

De aangeboden taken omvatten het verwelkomen van bezoekers, helpen bij de brouwerijen, afwassen, schoonmaken, enz.

Een festival is niets zonder de mensen die bereid zijn om de minder sexy taken op zich te nemen. We willen deze buitengewone vrijwilligers bedanken! Daarom verhogen we het aantal drankjetons dat u ontvangt voor de vrijwilligerspost van afwas en het schoonmaken : 25 voor the “A team” en 20 voor the “support team”.

We zijn ook op zoek naar mensen die voor het festival beschikbaar zijn voor de opbouw (donderdag 28/09 12:00 tot 19:00 en vrijdag 29/09 11:00 tot 18:00) en na het festival voor de afbouw (zondag 1/10 20:00 tot 00:00 en maandag 2/10 10:00 tot 18:00).

Chaque volontaire qui preste un shift de 10:00 à 22:30 et de 11:00 à 21:30 (l’équipe “A team”) reçoit par shift travaillé tout ce qui est repris ici + le petit-déjeuner et 5 jetons supplémentaires.

Les tâches proposées sont entre autres : accueil des visiteurs, aide aux brasseries, vaisselle, nettoyage...
Un festival n’est rien sans les personnes qui sont d’accord de prendre en charge les tâches moins sexy. Nous tenons à remercier ces extraordinaires volontaires! C’est pourquoi, pour les postes vaisselle et nettoyage, nous augmentons la quantité de jetons que vous recevrez: 25 pour l’équipe “A team” et 20 pour l’équipe “support”.

Nous recherchons aussi des personnes disponibles avant le festival pour le montage (jeudi 28/09 12:00 à 19:00 et vendredi 29/09 de 11:00 à 18:00) et après le festival pour le démontage (dimanche 1/10 20:00 à 00:00 et lundi 2/10 de 10:00 à 18:00)

Thank you for helping us with the festival! You'll find some practical information here below.
The 2 days are divided into 2 sessions : from 10 am to 10:30 pm (the “A team”) and from 3 pm to 10.30 pm (the “support team”).
Each volunteer who works a shift from 3 pm to 9.30 pm & from 3 pm to 10.30 pm (the "support" team) receives per shift worked :
- Free access to the festival (Saturday and Sunday) ;
- Access to the catering area with unlimited food and drink;
- 10 drink tokens per shift + a surprise GOODIE BAG ;
- a BXLBeerFest 2023 t-shirt.

Each volunteer who works a 10 am - 10:30 pm and 11 am - 9:30 pm shift (the “A team”) receives per shift worked everything from the list here above + breakfast and 5 extra tokens.

Here are some examples of the tasks we need help with : tokens, ticketing, serving beer on the brewer stands (clusters), logistical tasks,....
A festival is nothing without people who agree to take on less sexy tasks. We would like to thank these extraordinary volunteers! That's why, for the dishwashing and cleaning teams, we increase the amount of tokens you will receive: 25 for the “A Team” and 20 for the “support team”.

We are also looking for people available before the festival for the installation (Thursday from 12 am to 7 pm and Friday from 11 am to 6 pm) and after the festival for the dismantlement (on Sunday 8 pm to midnight and Monday from 10 am to 6 pm).
Please specify the task you'd like to do and your availability. We'll take this into consideration and try to respect this demand.
