A year-round activity: the annual licence
Collections, distributions, shops, permanent teams: volunteers all year long.
When volunteers come every week rather than on a few dates, counting them one by one makes no sense. The annual licence replaces the credits with one fixed price for the year: you accept as many volunteers as your tier allows, and that is all you pay.

What the licence includes
- Twelve months: the licence covers one edition of your activity, which lasts a year at most. The next year, you create the next edition and renew.
- Every accepted volunteer within the tier, with no credit to buy again. A volunteer who registers but is not accepted never counts.
- Every feature: registration form, teams by site or shop, positions and shifts with the number of volunteers required, volunteers picking their own shifts with substitutes and a waiting list, planning, emails, badges, documents, exports.
- As many managers as you need, one per site if you like: each sees and validates the volunteers of their own teams.
- A higher tier at any time, for the difference in price.
Questions
Can I try before paying?
Yes. A new event starts with 10 free volunteers, whatever the mode you chose. Set up your sites, your shifts, invite a first team; pay the licence when you are ready, from the billing page of your event.
Which volunteers count?
Those you accept on the edition. Someone who registers and is refused, or who withdraws before being accepted, does not count. A volunteer who takes several shifts counts once.
What if I reach the ceiling?
You are told before accepting a volunteer that would go over, and you move to the next tier for the difference in price. Nothing is lost, nothing stops.
Which mode should I choose?
A few days of event, once a year: credits, you pay for what you use. Volunteers every week or every month: the licence, one price and no counting. You choose when you create the event, and can change your mind until your first payment.
