Volunteo answers a simple request from the event organisers: to be able to easily manage volunteers, without getting lost in the columns of a huge table.
We wanted to develop this work of organising volunteer teams, by distributing the load, not only between various managers (volunteer managers, team leaders, etc.), but also by allowing volunteers to register themselves in order to enter their information directly:
- Contact information
- Specific Skills (driving licences, languages, first aid trainings, etc.)
- Team Preference(s)
- Slots of availability
Such delegation of a significant part of the work of volunteer management eases the task of assigning persons to positions required, with a high security offered by our solution: you will no longer assign a volunteer to two positions at the same time.
