It may be private, or its registrations may not be open yet. In that case:

• Ask the organisers of your event for the exact registration address, by email, Facebook, etc.
• Sign up with your account if you already have one, or create a new one
• Enter your availability and the teams you would like to join
• The organisers will assign you to the positions to be filled and contact you if needed
