Teams and positions

Teams are how you structure your organisation: ticket office, catering, timekeeping, and so on.
Positions are what you assign volunteers to. They are most often split by day, when your event runs over several days.
Here is an example of an organisation:

• Ticket office team
  • Friday position
  • Saturday position
    • Volunteer X
    • Volunteer Y
  • Sunday position
• Catering team
• Timekeeping team
